The products sold in the BIOLOGIC® online store are refrigerated organic meats, packaged using an 85% cardboard skin pack system, ensuring freshness, food safety, and longer shelf life. Each package includes information about the type of meat (beef, lamb, chicken, and/or turkey), certified organic origin by Kiwa Sativa with the (PT-BIO-03) label, as well as details such as slaughter reference, packaging date, expiration date, and fixed weight. BIOLOGIC®’s minced meat preparations have been specially developed to be suitable for coeliac (gluten-intolerant) consumers. The storage of refrigerated items requires temperatures between 0°C and 3°C, as indicated on the packaging. The product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly reflect the real appearance of the delivered product, particularly regarding cut, color, or size. The store is committed to complying with all applicable legal standards for the production, marketing, and traceability of food products, including the obligations established in Regulation (EU) No. 2018/848 on organic production. All products are subject to stock availability at the time the order is placed. The store reserves the right to correct errors or omissions in product descriptions without prior notice.

All prices displayed in the BIOLOGIC® online store are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless stated otherwise. The prices shown refer to fixed-weight packaging. Shipping carries a fixed fee of €7, to be paid by the customer, regardless of the order volume. Delivery costs and any additional charges will be communicated to the customer before completing the order. Promotions and discounts are valid for the specified period or until stock runs out, and are automatically applied at the time of purchase. The store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as to correct any typographical or technical errors.

The payment methods accepted in the BIOLOGIC online store are MB WAY, Multibanco, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or other methods made available by the store. The customer’s order is formalized after payment, and collection becomes available within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Products are transported under refrigerated conditions, ensuring the cold chain is maintained. Order deliveries are made to a designated click & collect pickup point, where the customer can collect their scheduled order. The purchase and sale contract is considered concluded after the store confirms the order. The execution of the contract takes place upon delivery of the products to the address of the pickup point selected by the customer. The store reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or technical error.

The customer may submit complaints regarding products or services purchased via email (quality@biologic.pt), the contact form available on the website, or through the Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. The store commits to responding to complaints within a maximum of 15 business days. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through the competent entity identified at www.consumidor.gov.pt, or via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Under Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer cannot exercise the right of free withdrawal with respect to the supply of perishable food products, namely refrigerated organic meat, which by their nature are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly. For this reason, returns or cancellations are not accepted after the order has been shipped, except in cases of non-conformity or product defect.

The purchase and sale contract between the customer and the online store is considered concluded at the moment the store confirms the order and remains in effect until the products are delivered and both parties have fulfilled their obligations. This contract is not subject to automatic renewal and is valid only for each individual transaction made through the online store. The customer may cancel the order before it is shipped by sending written notice to the email address indicated on the website. After shipment, the contract may only be terminated in cases provided for under applicable law, namely in cases of product non-conformity or exercise of the right of withdrawal, when applicable. The store reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in the event of technical error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or breach of the Terms and Conditions by the customer.

A minimum legal warranty of 3 years applies to all physical products.
